Bold botanical plant-based cakes.
Botanical arrangements, natural flowing swishes and ruffles of buttercream, fresh seasonal fruits and occasional pops of colour adorn my cakes and seasonality plays it’s part, making each cake individual. The final design will depend on whats produce is available, the kind of freedom that feeds my soul and allows space for my most creative work. Bespoke designs can be discussed making a cake unique to your wedding to event.
I specialise in creating plant-based cakes, that you can share with your friends and family. They won’t even notice that your cakes made without the ‘usual’ ingredients… time to prove that it is indeed possible to have a perfectly delicious cake that’s completely plant-based, with no compromise on flavour.
Flavour is very important to me, and my significant focus on ingredients makes for a delicious cake. I layer sponges with fresh fruits, homemade preserves and curds, brittles, toasted nuts, ganaches, and flavoured aqua-meringue buttercreams.
